Words Have Meaning

What we allow to come out of our mouths is life. It's what we manifest.

We have heard and we have lived with them: Throughout the course of our lives many things have been said to us and we have spoken countless words to others ... some encouraging and some ... well, honestly, hurtful and not encouraging at all. So what happens? Why do we so vividly remember the things that were said to us? Why do they hurt? And why do we allow those things, that are most likely untrue, to change who we are and how we feel about ourselves?

It happens to the best of us. I once heard Tyra Banks, Oprah Winfrey and Dr. Phil talk about the hurtful words that remained with them from their childhood. No doubt they overcame this, judging where they are and who they are in this world. There is no need to feel alone.

But we have to do something. We can't just sit back and let life pass us by ... can we? This world, this economy isn't getting any better. We NEED positivity now more than ever. We have to share it. We have to live it.

Words have power. You have power. You have the power to choose the reaction to what is (and was) said that hurt and stuck with you. You have the power to change, for the better, what you think about yourself. Statistics say, that thinking positive may help you live longer. I believe it. Need help?
